Jane graduated from Sheffield University in 1985 with an honours degree in Catering. She has spent her whole career in the food industry, working for fine restaurants and International brands in London and the Home Counties specialising in menu development. An extremely skilled and creative chef who is passionate about food and customer service, Jane set up her own catering company in 1999 and quickly built a reputation for high quality contemporary cuisine.
Many of Jane’s clients come to her by referral and she has gained much respect for her fine food and excellent service over the years. In addition to running JSCC, Jane also runs her own Food Consultancy Business, helping food businesses maximise their sales and profits and helping with cost control and menu planning.
